1. SEARCH PRODUCTS
Find products and solutions according to the needs of the customer, the market, the market positioning and sales target. Every search for a clear definition of the product, the technical characteristics, the target price, the quality of the request and of the business to develop. Our staff operating in China carries out research aimed at suppliers, manufacturers, trade shows, showrooms, and production areas, with the aim of proposing solutions that are truly interesting, competitive and adapted to the market of the customer.
2. SELECTION OF SUPPLIERS
One of the major risks in international purchases is to choose the supplier’s wrong. BYITALY select reliable suppliers and qualified, considering production capacity, quality, organization, documentation, continuity of supply, reliability and ability to comply with the agreements. Our goal is to put the customer in touch with the best partners in solids, reducing improvisation, misunderstandings, and operational risks.
3. IN BUSINESS NEGOTIATIONS
After the phase of search and selection we support the client in negotiation with suppliers. We run the comparison on price, quality, quantity, production time, payment terms, packaging, samples and customization, according to the indications and objectives agreed upon with the customer. Negotiation is not just about the price: it serves to create clear conditions, sustainable, and consistent with the commercial project.
4. ORDER MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION
Once approved product, supplier, trading conditions, and any samples, BYITALY supports the customer in order management. We follow the documentation, the pro forma invoice, order confirmation, the contractual terms and operational coordination with the supplier. This allows the client to have a process more orderly, clear, and controlled from the very beginning.
5. PRODUCTION CONTROL
The control of the production phase is fundamental in order to achieve reliable results. BYITALY follows the progress of the production, verifying that the supplier complies with the times, quantity, agreed-upon characteristics and technical specifications are defined in the initial phase. Monitor the production allows you to intervene before problems become delays, complaints or non-compliance.
6. CONTROL THE QUALITY, QUANTITY AND LOAD
After the production, BYITALY can follow controls and checks on goods before shipment. The control may relate to product quality, compliance with agreements, ordered quantity, packing, labelling, preparation of the load and the correct positioning of the goods. When required, are made in the report and photos, and audits documented, so the customer can receive clear information prior to the arrival of the goods.
7. LOGISTICS, TRANSPORT AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
BYITALY supports the customer in phase logistics, coordinating transportation, freight, documentation, clearance and delivery at the indicated location. Our goal is to make the import process easier, organized, and safe, avoiding the steps is unclear, delays or unexpected costs. We organize the operational meetings, bilingual assistance, support in shifts and assistance during the negotiations, and company visits. This service allows the customer to know directly of products, manufacturers and business opportunities, making the journey a practical tool of business development.
9. SUPPORT OF TRADE DISPUTES
BYITALY offers operational support and business in the event of problems between customers, suppliers and partners in Italy or China.
